  1. I love your baby girl dress in Misti Alpaca Chunky. But the baby I would like to knit it for is no longer new born. Any tips on how to easily make it larger? Like for 6 to 12 months.

    1. Hi! I would suggest that you measure the child's chest then figure out how many stitches that relates to according to the gauge of your yarn. Then you'll have the number of stitches that you'll want to be decreasing to. You then want to work backwards adding the stitches that you would be decreasing at the skirt sides until you get to the cast on row. Hope this makes sense!

    1. Well... I was using cedar balls, but that was a good few years ago and I haven't given them a sand since! I can be quite lazy when it comes to things like that...! I have ordered new cedar sachets though and hopefully I've learned my lesson!!

  5. You have a picture of 2 swing coat patterns one is Advance 5728 but the other does not have a name and number on it. What is the other pattern. I am looking for a pattern similar to make a swing coat out of hand woven fabric and I think that that one would work. Thank you! Jean

  7. Hi, I'd love to make the Advent Calendar you did for Christmas 2012, but the link to the tutorial doesn't seem to be active anymore. Is it possible to reload this? Thank you.

  8. Hello!

I've made your baby wrap as a gift a few times with some modifications...and it's been really well received all around!! I have just started selling some of my knits and I was wondering if you give permission for your patterns if credit is given (or any other conditions you might require). If not I will keep making it as a gift! Thanks in advance!

  11. Do you have a rough gauge or weight suggestion for the snuggle wrap? I am using up my stash and making things to donate, I think this would be a perfect piece for just this purpose.
